Ray White Corrimal, Figtree & Unanderra is apart of Australasia’s largest real estate group selling one in every ten properties throughout Australia and New Zealand. With more than 140,000 properties offered for sale each year, we have the widest selection of real estate of any group in Australasia. At Ray White Corrimal, Figtree & Unanderra we stand by our commitment to progress and innovation.

Remaining at the forefront of technology, marketing and training is paramount because it translates to exceptional results for our clients. Our leading edge practices are supported by a rich history of family values and a proven track record for outstanding prices.

As part of Australasia’s largest real estate group, our market knowledge is enhanced by a worldwide database network and a team of consummate professionals.

Directors of the businesses, John Kay and Lindsay Begley, first formed their partnership in 2011 and made the decision to expand their business with two core ambitions in mind: increase their profile across greater Illawarra and provide more opportunity to their team.

And as we bring more and more people into our team, we’ve got a big focus on developing our people and providing local employment opportunities.

With 11 team members and growing, Lindsay and John both agree that the market is still very much alive.

Across the region there’s a lot of activity and whilst supply is undoubtedly low, buyer demand is still high and that’s creating a very strong median price bracket.

Ray White NSW CEO Stephen Nell said he is proud of the significant impact John and Lindsay have had on the local industry.

“This is an impressive business partnership. The fact that – after just five years – John and Lindsay have established a high performing, dual-office operation is testament to their leadership and energy. We have no doubt that with the continued use of the tools, structure and technology available through Ray White, their new business at Corrimal will see the same, accelerated success.”

With an extensive background in real estate, John and Lindsay have experienced both boutique real estate agencies as well as franchised businesses. The pair say the decision to open a Ray White business in 2011 is one they never looked back on.

“Our biggest career milestone came after we opened Ray White Unanderra – it was when we started to see our business grow and thrive. And to reach a level of success that has allowed us to open up our new office in Corrimal is something we’re really proud of.”
